SUSFOIL Ultrathin Planar Heaters
Ultra-Thin, Fast-Response Heating for Precision Applications
SUSFOIL is an ultra-thin planar electric heater based on specially developed stainless-steel foil. A precision etching process enables an exceptionally thin heating element of approximately 30 μm. SUSFOIL is designed for operating temperatures up to 200°C, making it suitable for a wide range of precision and industrial heating applications. Its low thermal mass provides rapid heating and cooling response, while the large contact area enables highly efficient heat transfer. Heater patterns can be engineered for uniform temperature distribution or different temperature zones within the same heating surface. Various insulation materials and heater configurations can be selected according to the required temperature, installation conditions and application.

Flexible Far-Infrared Heating up to 1,000°C
IR Ceraflex is a flexible ceramic infrared heater designed for high-temperature industrial heating applications up to 1,000°C. Ceramic insulators with strong far-infrared radiation characteristics are woven together with electric heating wire to create a flexible mesh structure. This construction allows the heater to conform to flat, curved and complex surfaces while providing stable and uniform heating. Heater geometry can be customized for the application, including flat, tunnel, wave, cylindrical, trapezoidal and other special configurations. Mounting elements and provisions for temperature sensors can also be incorporated into the heater design.

High-Strength Modular Surface Heating up to 320°C
Board Heaters combine mica heating elements with a high-strength aluminum extrusion structure to create a thin, rigid surface heater capable of operating at temperatures up to 320°C. The unique cross-sectional construction provides high surface strength and excellent temperature uniformity. Heat is transferred through a combination of conduction and radiation, allowing uniform heating from both sides of the heater. The modular construction supports different lengths and connected configurations, making it possible to build vertical, multi-stage and curved heating structures. Different temperature zones can also be incorporated within larger systems, making Board Heaters particularly suitable for industrial furnaces and production equipment.

Thin, High-Output Heater for Industrial Thermal Processing
HP-SBF is a thin, high-output mica heater designed for industrial applications requiring fast heating, high thermal efficiency and large-area temperature control.
The heater combines natural mica plates with excellent electrical insulation properties and a SUS foil heating element in a compression-molded structure. With a total thickness of approximately 1.0 mm, HP-SBF provides high heating performance while maintaining a thin and rigid construction.
It supports both contact heating and radiant heating and can be manufactured in large sizes up to approximately 1450 × 1000 mm. The recommended operating temperature is around 300°C, with operation up to approximately 450°C depending on application conditions. Its thin structure and high output enable rapid heating and cooling, helping reduce process cycle times. The foil pattern can also be customized to optimize temperature distribution according to the customer’s equipment and heating requirements.
